Service Description
This "project based" engagement will begin with a 1-2 hour information gathering meeting. During this meeting we will discuss the end goal(s) you are trying to achieve as well as your ideal timeline for completion. Pricing will be based on these and other factors and presented in a Project Scope Engagement contract prior to commencement. Specialties include but are NOT limited to: Strategic Planning & Analysis, Project Management, Corporate & Multi-Department Budgeting, Complex Problem Solving, Communication Improvement, Process Assessment, Culture Improvement, P&L Analysis, Start Up Businesses Guidance & Structure/Process Creation, Executive Coaching/Mentoring, Human Resources Planning, and a special passion for Training & Development to help improve your team's skills.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Your time and progress are important, and Ascent is committed to providing high-quality coaching sessions. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, the following policy applies to cancellations and rescheduling: Cancellations & Reschedules: Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time at no charge. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to attend a scheduled session will result in the full session fee being charged. Emergency Considerations: I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will evaluate options on a case-by-case basis.
