Service Description
A focused hour to work through whatever's in front of you: a hard decision, a stuck team, a conversation you keep putting off, or a next step you can't quite see. We start where you are, get clear on what actually matters, and finish with a concrete plan you can act on. This is one-on-one coaching for professionals and advanced students who want a sharp, confidential sounding board, not a lecture. Sessions run 60 minutes, online or in person. Bring a real problem to every session. Leave with traction.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Your time and progress are important, and Ascent is committed to providing high-quality coaching sessions. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, the following policy applies to cancellations and rescheduling: Cancellations & Reschedules: Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time at no charge. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to attend a scheduled session will result in the full session fee being charged. Emergency Considerations: I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will evaluate options on a case-by-case basis.
